How an OEM/ODM enquiry works

  1. Share the equipment model, destination country, quantity and intended professional application.
  2. Discuss branding, configuration and packaging requirements. Availability, certification documents and lead time are confirmed for the exact model and destination.
  3. Review the written quotation or proforma invoice, including agreed specifications, delivery terms and payment instructions.
  4. Request a pre-shipment inspection and functional test video before dispatch.

Warranty and after-sales support

Warranty starts when the customer receives the product. Standard coverage is 1 year; handpiece-type components are covered for 6 months.

For a verified non-customer-caused fault within the applicable warranty period, repair, required replacement parts and related shipping are provided without charge. For customer-caused damage, the customer bears parts and logistics costs. After warranty expiry, repair or parts supply is quoted first and proceeds only after customer approval.

Verify payment instructions

For an applicable order, the company may authorize its manager Leo Luo (bank-record name: LUO XUEYONG / 罗学用) as the named beneficiary.
